The easiest cookies (peanut butter)

Sometimes you just need cookies. Or at least I do. Sometimes you also have a toddler who is hungry and dinner to cook but all you can think about is cookies.

Sound familiar? No? Who cares. Whip up some cookies. Your partner/sister/mom/neighbor/boss will thank you, unless they are allergic to peanuts.

Three ingredients! If you want you can add in other stuff, like chocolate chips, or nuts, or whatever. I’ve made thumbprints in them and topped them with jam, and I considered mashing in half a banana but then I forgot (because, toddler).

Oh, and if you haven’t watched it yet, watch Black Mirror on Netflix. It’s really good.

Easy 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

1 egg

1 cup of peanut butter

1 cup of sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 and grease a cookie sheet. Mix together ingredients. As a toddler distraction, give yours a spoon with peanut butter on it. Pour some more sugar into a bowl and roll cookies about the size of a small golf ball in the sugar. Place them on the greased cookie sheet, and lightly flatten if you want. Jam all the cookies onto the cookie sheet, they won’t spread. Bake 10 minutes, cool on sheet for a few minutes, then eat.
